Floor samples/models are sold in As-Is condition, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no service, and no cancellations after 72 hours if the merchandise has not been picked up.  All sales are final and merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 5 business days.  Buyers must bring his or her own help when picking up merchandise.  Jennifer Furniture does not supply help or packing materials for pickups.  Jennifer Furniture stores are not responsible for any damages that may occur during and after pickup.
